We had booked Suite room but were taken to a deluxe room first. Only after enquiring at the reception where we given suit room, also the room smelled like it was kept closed for ages. It took sometime to get rid of the smell. Regarding In room dining, we had ordered Chicken Kalam Biryani and quarter Alfam. Biryani smelled stale and was definitely leftover reheated also the Alfam was grilled to the point it turned black. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone unless it’s the last option. Even the hotel management has a non friendly behaviour.

Location is good. But requires a variety in food .No choice available for breakfast.Staff requires CX training. Arguing for services of being ignorant of the product. The can be awesome if any extra investment on the human resources.

It was a comfortable stay and quite convenient as we had to travel to Munnar. The room was neat and clean. The complimentary food menu should be made clear to the customers.

The stay was a comfortable one. Customers should be informed clearly regarding the menu that is offered to them.

Good ambiance and peaceful place for staying. Bedrooms and restrooms were clean and neat. Good staff response and behavior.

T v was not showing any program. Despite repeated request it was not maintained. There's no intercom service. Additional bed was not given though payment was made for it. There was not even a rug to rub the wet feet. 2 sachet of sugar and milk powder and 1 ltr. Of drinking water were provided for 3 guests. After all it's a misery to spend 20 hrs there. However we managed to escape from there before the scheduled time.
